Motor Vehicle Accident

Vt. State Police - 10:40 pm Sat Jul 12th, 2014

On 7/11/14 Vermont State Police responded to two separate three car motor vehicle crashes in the construction zone on Interstate 89 in the City of South Burlington.

The first crash occurred on the southbound side of the Interstate around 1700 hours and the second crash occurred on the northbound side of the Interstate at approximately 2111 hours.
Both incidents resulted in no one being injured however three of the six vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Vermont State Police want to remind everyone that you need to slow down, pay attention to road signs and changing lane patters, and use caution when traveling in these work zones as both of these crashes could have been avoided.
