...Heavy Rain Possible Across Parts Of The North Country... A Line Of Slow-Moving Moderate To Heavy Showers Will Continue This Morning...Extending From The Northern Adirondacks...Across The Champlain Valley...Central Vermont And Into The Northeast Kingdom. Rainfall Amounts Through Noon Will Range From About Half An Inch To One And A Half Inches...With Localized Higher Amounts Possible. Heavier Rainfall Will Cause Water To Pond On Roadways And Produce Rapid Rises On Small Streams And Creeks...Especially In Areas That Have Already Received Heavy Rainfall Last Night And Earlier This Morning.
