Sebastien Cesar - DUI



Vt. State Police - 3:40 am Mon Jun 16th, 2014

On June 15, 2014 at approximately 0328 hours the Vermont State Police in St. Albans were notified of a motorist that passed through the border crossing without stopping.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the Highgate Springs Port of Entry were able to apprehend the motorist shortly thereafter and reported that they suspected the motorist was intoxicated. The Vermont State Police responded to assist and found that the operator, Sebastien Cesar, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. Mr. Cesar was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in St. Albans for processing. Mr. Cesar was lodged at the Northwestern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Criminal Division of Franklin Superior Court on June 16, 2014 at 1300 hours.
