Motor Vehicle Accident

Vt. State Police - 12:55 am Mon Jun 16th, 2014

Vermont State Police and members of the Waterford Fire Department responded to the aforementioned location for a reported motor vehicle vs deer crash.

Investigation found that vehicle 1 was traveling north in the area of mile marker 2 when he reported a deer ran from the median in front of him. Lamarre said he struck the deer which caused induced damage to his vehicle front end and fluid leakage. The impact killed the deer. No legal action taken.
