7:00 p.m. Meeting convenes in the 1st floor apparatus bay at the Main St. Fire Station located at 43 S. Main St.

7:00 p.m. Model Flume Public Demonstration - Gretchen Alexander, the Central Vermont River Scientist with the Watershed Management Division of the Vermont Dept. of Environmental Conservation, will be demonstrating the flume, a tilted sandbox that uses re-circulating water to simulate flooding and model the impacts of intense storms, and discussing the "geomorphology" of streams and rivers.

All members of the public are encouraged to attend this fun and informative demonstration to learn more about our natural and manmade environment and the impacts of flooding. Please park on the street or at the former Municipal Office at 51 S. Main St. and please do not park in the Fire Station parking lot.
