More neighbors object to roundabout plans

Waterbury Record - 12:27 pm Thu Jun 5th, 2014

Bids are in line for project, but it could be delayed
The low bid for installing a roundabout at Routes 2 and 100 in Waterbury is lower than expected.

However, the project may be delayed by an appeal filed by an adjoining landowner.

J.A. McDonald of Lyndon Center was the low bidder at $3,884,867.40, well under the $3,989,018.77 cost estimated by the project engineers at Stantec, Public Works Director Alec Tuscany told the Waterbury Select Board this week.
