Vt. State Police - 11:10 pm Tue Jun 11th, 2013

On June 11, 2013 at 1825 hours Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop for defective equipment. During the stop Troopers learned that Ronald Royston had consumed alcohol prior to driving.

Troopers requested Mr. Royston to step out of the vehicle and perform dexterity exercises. As a result of the exercises, Mr. Royston was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Mr. Royston was released with a citation to appear in the
Orange County Superior Court on June 26, 2013 to answer the charge of Operating vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
