Join Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society on Thursday, May 30th for Starry Starry Night, a dinner & auction to benefit the animals at our shelter.

Hosted by Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm under a starlit sky, the event offers opportunities to bid on unique experiences from dining packages to vacation getaways, all in support of Lucy Mackenzie's mission.

As Lucy Mackenzie's largest fundraiser, donations from the event enable us to provide a loving home and a high level of veterinary care for hundreds of animals this year. Through outreach programs and humane education such as Kids Animal Camp, a Community Pet Food Shelf, Dog Training Classes, Seniors for Seniors, and Cruelty Response, Lucy Mackenzie also works to prevent situations that often lead to surrenders or cruelty by promoting a common respect for all living beings.

Guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, a dinner buffet with wine, and musical entertainment by Sabrina Brown and Fred Haas. Make a difference in the life of an animal- and the lives of those in our community- by bidding on some fabulous live auction items including: Box Seat Tickets to a Red Sox Game & Overnight Stay in Boston, Golf Packages, Private Catered Parties, Gourmet Dining Packages, and more!

To purchase a ticket to Starry, Starry Night, or to inquire about silent and live auction items, please contact Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society at 802-484-(LUCY) 5829, or write to
