Steven Parker - Negligent Operation

On the above date and time, State Police responded to East Wind Drive, in Waterbury, Vermont for a report that Parker ran into Erwin's vehicle with his vehicle. Erwin was trying to leave the trailer park to give a friend a ride home.

Parker was trying to keep Erwin from leaving because an occupant in Erwin's vehicle threw a beer can at Parker's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and there were no injuries. Parker was cited for negligent operation and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 02/21/13.
