Eric Marceau - Driving Under the Influence (Second Offense)



Vt. State Police - 3:25 am Fri Dec 14th, 2012

On 12/14/2012 at approximately 0027 hours the Vermont State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Lake Street in St. Albans, VT after observation of erratic operation.

The subsequent investigation yielded that the operator, 30 year-old Eric Marceau of St. Albans, VT, was driving his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. This is Marceau's second DUI offense.
Marceau was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing. During the processing Marceau provided an evidentiary sample of his breath which showed his BAC to be over twice the legal limit of .08%.
At the conclusion of the processing Marceau was released with a citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 01/14/2013 at 1:00pm to answer the chare of DUI (Second Offense).
