Honey Corn Muffins

Use these muffins in place of rolls at Thanksgiving dinner or make to go with a bowl of chili!

Ingredients
61/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups honey
3 1/4 cups cornmeal
5 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
3 1/2 cups milk
1 pound butter- melted
5 eggs

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, honey and milk. Add the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Pour into greased muffin pan or loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden and a tester comes out clean.

A little chocolate with your wine?

Chocolate and wine are an amazing duo: They bring out the best flavors in each other. The natural tannins in the cocoa prime the palate for the tannins in the wine, allowing the other flavors in the wine to shine.

An easy way to flavor your dishes

Chef Martin often uses various nut products to enhance the flavor of his dishes. An easy way to add instant flavor to your cooking is to toast the nuts you are using, such as hazelnuts, pignolis, pumpkin seeds, or pistachios. Toasting brings out the flavor in the nuts. You can add toasted nuts to a variety of vegetable dishes, as well as pasta and chicken dishes.
