Brennan Flint - Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor

On November 12, 2012 Vermont State Police Troopers responded to Elm St. in Wells River for a report of a citizen dispute in progress.

Upon their arrival Troopers were advised by residents that they observed a male they recognized as Brennan Flint operating a motor vehicle in an unsafe manner. Residents advised that they approached Flint and observed that he appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants. Troopers spoke with Flint and based on roadside dexterity exercises, Flint was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Flint was transported to the Bradford State Police Barracks for processing. Based on the results of the processing Flint was released with a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on November 28, 2012 to answer the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor.
