 Women in Transition: from Surviving to Striving Workshop October 20, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm      $95

      The Center for America's First Horse invites you to join us for
a very special workshop for any woman.

Are you one of the many women in transition today - whether personal or professional?   Are you faced with changes in a career or relationship, trying to find your true life's passion, or desire a change but don't know what?

In this one-day transformational workshop, engage with the horse's natural intuition to help discover more about yourself, doing so in a way that will allow you to move from a life of just surviving into thriving. Taking steps towards the magical life on the other side of change. In a safe, non-riding environment, this workshop will allow you to:

* Define yourself

* Identify the steps that will help you toward a new beginning

* Explore your heart's true desires

* Reach new levels of mind/body awareness

* Learn new tools to assist in your transition

THE WAY OF THE HORSE

Horses live in the present moment and offer humans an opportunity to understand and learn a deeper and spiritual way of "being" in this world. Their response to human emotions allows them to be a non-judgmental reflection of ourselves. By observing their behavior, together with life coaching facilitation skills, we gain healthy insights into our own intentions and conduct, enabling us to make adjustments in many areas of our lives. Through this increased self-awareness, we can begin the healing process of the mind, body, and soul.

 Workshop Hosts:

Janis Cooper worked for 30 years in the corporate world. Her passion for helping people achieve their true potential, along with a desire to work with horses, led her to pursue a major life transition into Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching. She has two horses which help her practice emotional agility each and every day.

In partnership with Janis is Stephanie Lockhart, founder of the Center for America's First Horse, Inc. in Johnson, Vermont, where she is a natural horsemanship educator. She has also served as a horse specialist in equine assisted psychotherapy in New Mexico. Her intuitive abilities to read horses help people develop their own savvy horse communication and listening skills.

Space is limited so sign up now.
