New school rules stress fruit, veggies
School lunch isn't what it used to be.

New school meal rules from the U.S. Department of Agriculture require a more varied selection of vegetables, larger servings of fruit, more whole grains, and limits on meats and other proteins, fats and sodium.

For the first time, there are also maximums set on daily calories for a school lunch.
