Robert T. Shambo - Domestic Assault



Vt. State Police - 11:40 pm Fri Aug 31st, 2012

On 08/31/12 at approximately 17:46 hours, The Vermont State Police were dispatched a residence in Swanton, VT for a reported citizen dispute. Dispatch advised that the male party involved had left the scene and was possibly intoxicated.

Upon arrival, State Police met with the complainant. She advised that Robert Shambo was intoxicated and had become angry and assaulted her. The complainant advised that Robert had then left in their truck heading towards St. Albans. Vermont State Police received a tip from the complainant later in the evening that Robert was at a friends residence in Birchwood Trailer Park in St. Albans. Troopers located Robert Shambo within Birchwood Trailer Park and took him into custody without incident. Robert Shambo was transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing and was released into the custody of the Department of Corrections for Parole Violation.

    he is bad news...i have a son with him and he has never seen his son...was court ordered to pay child support cause he was in jail,5 dollars and 77 cents a week and could not pay it...can you say dead beat...
