Lois Kilmister / Incident/Violation: DUI

On May 39, 2010 at approximately 0105 hours Vermont State Police from the Williston Barracks stopped Lois Kilmister of Concord, NH for weaving in the roadway.

Kilmister had crossed over into the oncoming lane twice before stopping. Kilmister advised she was texting while driving and that was the reason she was weaving. Subsequent investigation revealed was also driving under the influence of liquor. Kilmister was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in District court on June 17, 2010. Kilmister was also issued a traffic ticket for failing to stay in her lane.
