Fredrick J. Whitcomb - Driving While License Suspended - Criminal

At approximately 2149 hours on 04/06/2010 State Police in Middlesex were on routine patrol on Route 100 in Duxbury. The vehicle directly in front of mine was observed crossing the center line. A car stop was initiated for the violation.

The operator was identified as Fredrick Whitcomb. It was then determined that Whitcomb had a criminally suspended license for a DUI charge. Whitcomb advised that he was eating while driving and that may have been why he crossed the center line. Whitcomb was issued a citation and released to the Hap's Tow truck operator who towed his vehicle. Whitcomb has a Court date of May 6th 2010 in Washington County District to face the charge of driving while license suspended - criminal.
