Vermont Police Cite Driver for Changing Seats

A man with a suspended license being tailed by a Vermont state trooper on Interstate 91 in Ryegate on Friday afternoon.

He jumped into the back seat of his car and his passenger climbed into the driver's seat, all while traveling at 65 mph, Vermont State Police said.

Police cited the initial driver, Dustin Deberville, 21, of Barre with careless and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
