Shane Barnes - C&N Operation, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Unlawful Mischief

On 3/28/2010 at 6:26 PM the Lamoille County Sheriff's Department responded to Johnson State College for a report of a vehicle that had been driven down a set of concrete stairs on the campus.

Sheriff's Deputies learned that a 2000 Honda Civic had been driven down the stairs between Governors and Senators dorms. One of the stairway railings was destroyed. There was extreme damage to the Honda.

A Shane Barnes, age 21 of Johnson was cited into court for the C&N operation, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Unlawful Mischief. The Court date is May 12, 2010.
