Vt. State Police - 2:25 pm Fri Feb 26th, 2010

On 11-13-2009, a motor vehicle stop was conducted on Vermont Route 122 in Sheffield for a stop sign violation. At the time of the stop, the Operator identified himself as Zachariah Farrington while the passenger said he was Eli Farrington.

Several tickets were issued at the time of the stop. At A hearing in court regarding the tickets on 02-19-2010, Zachariah advised he was actually the passenger at the time of the stop, not the driver. Zachariah indicated that he identified himself as Eli and his brother his license so that Eli could avoid any trouble due to the fact that Eli's license was under suspension. Zachariah is scheduled to appear in Caledonia District Court on 04-26-2010 on a charge of False Information to a Police Officer.
