Benjamin Boudreau - DUI, DUI#2

On February 10, 2010 Vermont State Police stopped a Bradford man for an equipment violation in the town of Bradford. While speaking with the operator, identified as Benjamin Boudreau, State Police suspected he was under the influence of alcohol.

Boudreau refused to perform field sobriety exercises and was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. At the Bradford barracks, Boudreau refused to submit a sample of his breath for analysis. Boudreau was released to a fried with a citation to appear in Orange County District Court on March 3, 2010 to answer the charge of DUI#2.
