Yearning for something new in your life? Always wanted to try belly dancing? Join Sabah for Middle Eastern Dance Class. Each class begins with a warm-up of major muscles designed by a massage therapist. Beginners will receive a clear break-down and explanation of the core movements of undulations, isolations, hip patterns and shimmies. The rhythms in this exotic music are healing, relaxing and rejuvenating. Come be inspired to move your body and express your vibrant spirit. All body types and ages welcome. No prior dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable workout type clothing and bare feet. Bring a hip scarf if you have one or Sabah will provide extras. $15 per class drop-in rate.
