Timothy J. Hussey - DUI/DLS


Vt. State Police - 12:40 am Sat Dec 26th, 2009

On 12/24/09, at approximately 2344 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a routine motor vehicle stop, on Interstate 89, south of exit 6, in the town of Berlin, VT.

Upon speaking with the operator, there was an open container of beer in the center counsel of the vehicle. Hussey advised he and the occupants in the vehicle had been drinking and were on their way home. Further investigation of Hussey revealed that his license was criminally suspended.

Hussey performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and provided a sample of his breath. At 0012 hours, Hussey's BAC was .115%. Hussey was then placed under arrest for Criminal DLS, and suspicion of DUI. Hussey was transported to the Middlesex barracks for processing. At the barracks, Hussey administered a BAC of .134% at approximately 0132 hours. Hussey was released and issued a citation to appear at the Washington County District Court on 1/14/10.
