William Feiler - Leaving the Scene of an Accident

State Police responded to a report of a minor accident in the parking lot of the East Burke Market during the late morning hours of 12/12/2009. One of the parties involved in the accident had fled the scene.

Through witness statements and video surveillance, the party that fled the scene was identified as William Feiler. Feiler later acknowledged being involved in the accident and leaving the scene. Feiler advised when he looked, he did not see any damage caused to the vehicle he struck. Feiler's license was under suspension at the time of the accident and he was operating without insurance on his vehicle. Feiler was issued traffic tickets for both violations. In addition, Feiler was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia District Court on 02/08/2010, on a charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
