Times Argus - 1:21 pm Thu Apr 1st, 2010

MONTPELIER The state is close to completing its investigation into allegations of misconduct in the Office of Economic Opportunity weatherization program, and it appears that two employees took private work under a state contract overseen by the agency, according to a state official.

Under state law and rules governing personnel matters, Dale declined to say which employees of the state's weatherization office were involved.
