Jeremiah D. Ruhl - DLS / Violation of Conditions of Release, 1. DLS Title 23 V.S.A. Section 674

While monitoring traffic on VT Rt. 15 in the Town of Cambridge, Tpr. Burnham witnessed a vehicle traveling westbound at 56 mph in a 35 mph zone. Tpr.

Burnham conducted a motor vehicle stop with the vehicle and approached the operator who improperly identified himself to the police. Investigation revealed that the true identity of the operator was deemed to be Jeremiah Ruhl. Ruhl told Tpr Burnham that he lied to the police to avoid getting arrested. Ruhl was deemed to be criminally suspended in the State of Vermont for previous DUIs. Ruhl was also under Conditions of Release for previous arrests. Of those conditions he was ordered by the state to not drive. Ruhl was placed under arrest for Driving while License Suspended and Violation of Conditions of Release.
