Vt. State Police - 1:25 pm Fri Oct 27th, 2006

Schofield was stopped on route 100 in the Town of Hancock
for a defective equipment issue with his truck.

During the course of the
traffic stop the Trooper observed indicators which prompted a search of the
truck. The search of the vehicle recovered two pills white in color later
determined by the Physicians Desk Reference as Roxicet generic which is
(Oxycodone). Schofield did not have a prescription for the Roxicet and he could
not provide a valid explanation for the pills. It is against the law for
someone to possess prescription medication if it is not in the original
container prescribed by a physician. This is a violation of conditions of
release set by the Addison County Court for Schofield to follow.
