Mindful Mondays
Join Becky Widschwenter
Mondays at 8 am via Zoom
for a breath-focused movement practice that brings balance to the mind and body. This gentle class promotes ease
to physical restrictions and settles overwhelmed thought-patterns.
A meditation which focuses on offering peace, happiness, and safety to all, bookends the class. All levels welcome. 
When: Mondays, April 20th - May 11th, 8-8:40 am 
How: Join Zoom Meeting (4 weeks repeating)
Things you'll need:
  • Comfortable clothing for moving-ease.
  • A sturdy chair without arm rests.
  • Shoes & socks optional. 
  • Water bottle.
Class structure: calm-centering breaths, mild movements, gentle stretching, core engagement, and loving kindness meditation. You are not alone.
Chair Yoga goes virtual!
Time: Wednesdays at 10 am
Place: Your Living Room
Instructor: Diana Whitney
Everything you've come to expect from Chair Yoga is delivered! Join Diana as she leads participants in gentle movements with the chair providing support and balance. Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to loosen and stretch your muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
