What's Up Downtown
Fermentation for Beginners, Thursday, February 27, 5:30-7pm at Barr Hill. In this workshop we will discuss the basics of lacto- fermentation, the science behind how it works, the health benefits and how you can do it yourself. The first part of the session will be discussion based, followed by getting our hands dirty making mixed vegetable ferments. $40 (includes all supplies provided by Gardener’s Supply & a beverage from Caledonia Spirits).
