Ryan Battease - Operating after suspension; Criminal



Vt. State Police - 2:10 pm Tue Nov 5th, 2019

On 11/05/19 at approximately 0730 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Shaftsbury Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop for an inspection violation on Sykes Hollow Rd, near Vermont Route 30, in the Town of Rupert, VT.

Investigation revealed the operator of the motor vehicle, identified as Ryan Battease, was only permitted to operate a motor vehicle with an Ignition Interlock device in place. The motor vehicle Battease was driving did not have one in place. Battease was released on a citation for the violation.
