August Smith - Domestic Assault, Criminal Threatening, Access to Emergency Services

On July 7, 2019, at approximately 0628 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police, Rutland Barracks were dispatched to a 911 hang up complaint in Pawlet (VT).

During the course of the investigation, Troopers determined that August Smith had caused bodily injury to a household member, denied access to emergency services, and threatened a household member.
Smith was taken into custody, and transported to the Castleton Police Department. Smith was released to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility and cited to appear July 8, 2019, at 1230 hours.
