On 6/14/2019, at approximately 1842 hours, Vermont State
Troopers initiated a traffic stop on Timothy Hodges (41) after he was observed
to be travelling at a speed of 110 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone on
I-91 South near mile marker 125 in

the town of Barnet, VT. During the stop, it
was learned two juveniles aged 12 & 10 were in the vehicle. Hodges was issued a
citation to answer to the charge of Reckless Endangerment (x2). Hodges was also
issued a civil ticket for 110 miles per hour 65 mile per hour zone with a
fine of $461.
