Collin Bell - DLS, VCOR

On May 11, 2019 at approximately 1036 hours, Troopers from the New Haven Barracks observed a vehicle travelling west on Main Street, in the Town of Bristol and recognized the operator as criminally suspended.

Additionally, Troopers learned the vehicle did not have a registration validation sticker affixed to the rear plate, a violation of Title 23 VSA 511(b). A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle. VSP was assisted on scene by the Bristol Police Department.

The operator, identified as Collin Bell (35) of Bristol, VT was under criminal suspension in the State of Vermont and not allowed to operate a motor vehicle. Additionally, Bell had violated his conditions of release by operating a motor vehicle. Bell was released on citation to appear at the Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 07/08/2019 at 12:30 pm to answer to the charges.
