Vt. State Police - 12:55 am Fri Aug 3rd, 2018
On July 26, 2018, at approximately 2307 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on US Route 7 near Holman Road, in the Town of Salisbury.
The operator of the vehicle had left the scene of the crash prior to the arrival of emergency services.
Preliminary investigation indicated that the operator had been traveling north on US Route 7, when they exited the roadway off the southbound shoulder of the road entering a field, crossing Holman Road, subsequently striking a utility pole. It is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a factor in the collision.
Vermont State Police were assisted by the Salisbury Fire Department and Bristol Rescue.
