Vincent Keithan - Criminal DLS

On the evening of 03-28-18, State Troopers stopped a vehicle for a motor vehicle violation. It was found that the operator Keithan had a criminally suspended license. He was taken into custody and processed at the St. Johnsbury State Police Barracks.

He was released on a citation to appear.
