Kundalini Yoga an ancient essential tool for handling the challenges and stresses of modern life and living.

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of ancient knowledge with modern practicality. Given the increasing pace and information overload in modern life, with all its resulting stress, yoga has become an essential tool for survival, as well as for experiencing more joy in our lives. Kundalini yoga gives immediate results through the use of such diverse techniques as physical exercises (asanas), pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras, mantras and meditation and relaxation.Transform stress, anxiety, and depression to heightened awareness, energy flow and calmness even after your first Kundalini yoga class. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology that balances the nervous system and the glandular system, in fact, stress management is a wonderful side effect of a consistent Kundalini Yoga practice!

This workshop will be followed up with a 3-week mini-series. Pre-registration encouraged drop-ins welcome.
