After being booted out of rehab, a Granite City man accused of killing Bunny the horse with a stolen bow has new conditions of release.

Quinton Clayton, 21, faces a felony count of unlawful mischief, a misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals resulting in a fatality, and a misdemeanor count of petit larceny, all of which he pleaded not guilty to in Washington County criminal court in October, as well as three misdemeanor counts of violating conditions of release to which he pleaded not guilty last month.

After being arraigned for the violations of conditions of release, Clayton was released into the custody of his sister, Kylie, with the stipulation that he stay with his grandparents whenever she was unable to watch after him. He was also given a condition of release to get into an in-patient drug rehabilitation facility and complete the program.
