Moxie Productions will present "The Pied Piper," an all-ages community production with music, masks and puppets, from Thursday to Saturday, July 16, 17 and 18, at 7 p.m., plus a matinee Sunday, July 19, at 2 p.m. at the Grange Hall, 317 Howard Ave., Waterbury Center. |
All proceeds will benefit the Grange Hall Improvement Fund.
The show was adapted from the Robert Browning poem "The Pied Piper of Hamelin."
"The Pied Piper" features local actors and artists from around the region with music composed by Johnnie Day Durand, a musician and ESPN documentary soundtrack creator, with additional musical collaboration by John Thompson-Figueroa and Pitz Quattrone, and Waterbury's Nina Towne, Annabel Moynihan and Michael Moynihan.
Admission is on a "pay-as-you-can" donation basis at the door.
