Killington's Red Clover Inn and Restaurant is heating up summer with refreshed branding and recent awards under its belt, resulting in increased room nights, strong local traffic in the restaurant, and an upward trend in wedding and event bookings.
A new website at RedCloverInn.com ties together the Inn's identity and opportunities, celebrating sophisticated accommodations, locally sourced dining, enchanted weddings, and custom business meetings and retreats. A new blog will offer regional travel tips and a behind-the-scenes look at interesting tours, tidbits, and updates about the property.
Co-owner Pixley Tyler Hill noted, "With beautiful imagery, we invite you to explore a site that expresses the identity of our inn as we know it: elegant, simple, and bright, with a touch of irreverence that reflects our love for showing others a fun and memorable time in Vermont."
Events targeting local and regional traffic have helped increase the Inn's presence in the Killington, Woodstock and Rutland area. Monthly jazz nights, wine dinners, and Monday night chef's tasting menus have helped to grow the visibility of the inn with Vermonters as well as visitors.
Recent awards also have raised the profile of the Red Clover Inn and Restaurant. This spring the Restaurateur of the Year award, given annually by industry peers, honored the Red Clover Inn's delicious locally-sourced cuisine and excellence in managing the restaurant. The Red Clover just recently achieved its 100th "excellent" review on TripAdvisor, and the property has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 3 consecutive years.
Hill noted, "Woven into the Red Clover is the essence of Vermont. Signature events, driving tours, attractions, and recreation in all seasons are as much a part of our fiber as they are our core. Our approach to business reflects our commitment to Vermont's identity as we work and play here in the Green Mountain State."
