Lot-paving may offer parking help

Like too much money or too many adoring fans, Waterbury's downtown parking shortage is a sign of growing prosperity and a burgeoning food and beverage industry.

And by early next year, hundreds of state workers will return to town and the reborn $125 million State Office Complex, the largest capital project in Vermont history.

As town and village leaders make plans to improve parking, Keurig Green Mountain will pave and landscape its private 58-space parking lot at 59 Railroad St. this summer.
