Michael Vanasse - defective equipment



Vt. State Police - 1:55 am Wed May 27th, 2015

On 5/26/15, at approximately 2304 hours, I conducted a traffic stop due to defective equipment. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Michael Vanasse. While speaking with Vanasse, the odor of intoxicants was immediately detected.

Vanasse performed Field Sobriety Exercises and produce a .111% on the Preliminary Breath Test. Vanasse was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI and was transported to Derby where he was processed for the offense.
