Ian Fierman - Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest

Vt. State Police - 3:10 pm Sun Nov 16th, 2014

On 11/15/14 the Vermont State Police received a call of a man walking bare foot on VT RT 122 in Sheffield, VT that was bleeding from the head.

Sgt May responded and found Fierman acting strangely, intoxicated, wearing just a shirt and a pair of pants in the roadway that was wet with snow and ice with the temperature outside at about 20 degrees. Lyndon Rescue responded and Fierman who was walking back and forth in the roadway and traffic also refused assistance from Lyndon Rescue. Fierman ran from the Trooper and rescue members down the middle of the roadway. He was subsequently caught by Sgt May where he resisted arrest before being taken into custody with the assistance of Lyndon Rescue members Delbert Reed and Patrick McLaughlin. Fierman was transported to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital.
