Road closure, Rte 108/Rte 109, Cambridge

On 11/14/2014 at approximately 11:30 am Cambridge Fire Dept., VT Agency of Transportation, VT Dept. of Motor Vehicles and Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of VT Rte 108 and Rte 109 in Cambridge for a report of an excavator which had fallen off a trailer and into the roadway.

No injuries were reported. Rte 109 is currently reduced to one lane at the scene. The roadway is expected to be fully open by this evening. All vehicles involved were registered to Tatro Construction Inc., Cambridge. This incident is being investigated by the VT Dept. of Motor Vehicles, Enforcement Division.
