Richford man accused in Morristown burglary

A Richford man has been charged with breaking into Leo's Small Engine in Morristown and stealing more than $5,000 worth of chain saws and other merchandise.

Russell Smith was arrested Friday, Nov. 6, on charges of burglary and grand larceny. He was also charged that day with burglary and grand larceny in Franklin County, for a similar break-in.
