7:00 p.m. Meeting convenes on the 2nd floor of the Main St. Fire Station located at 43 S. Main St.

7:00 p.m. Agenda review and possible modification.

7:05 p.m. Comments from the general public

7:00 p.m. Discuss concerns raised by the Village of Waterbury Trustees about declining Grand List property values in the Village and suggestions by the Waterbury Area Development Committee regarding possible amendments to the Zoning Regulations that would encourage development and re-development, especially in the downtown area of the Village.

7:30 p.m. Discuss presentation on October 27, 2014 by Roy Schiff with the consulting firm, Milone & MacBroom, on their project that is: "Evaluating the Costs and Benefits of Floodplain Protection Activities in Waterbury, Vermont and Willsboro, New York, Lake Champlain Basin".

8:00 p.m. Discuss possible policies and scenarios for development in the floodplain that will provide the basis for re-writing the Flood Hazard Area Regulations. Continue the discussion regarding mapping and regulation for the 100-year and the 500-year floodplain, and how to regulate different types of uses in the floodplain such as commercial/industrial/residential and critical facilities.

8:45 p.m. Other Business:
* Report on activities of the Floodplain Management Working Group,
* Zoning Administrator's and Planner's Reports,
* Review and approve minutes for meeting held on October 27, 2014,
* Update on State permitting activity.
