The List...

Lost Nation Brewery:  Gose & Saison

Gose is a German wheat beer brewed with sea salt and coriander with a slightly tart finish, lemon and citrus.

Saison has notes of cloves, tropical fruit , and star anis.

Crop Brewery:  Oatmeal Stout & Octoberfest

Oatmeal Stout: Smooth milk stout w oatmeal, slight sweetness, endearing chocolate malt & roasted barley notes

Octoberfest: Classic style amber in color malt forward mouth feel, light bitterness

Rock Art Brewery: Humble Harvester & Vermont Maple Wheat Ale

Humble Harvester:  citrusy tropical fruit aromas and nice grapefruity bittering

Vermont Maple Wheat Ale: light wheat ale with a silky maple finish

Queen City Brewery: Landlady Ale, Yorkshire Porter, Dutchess of Antwerp

Landlady Ale: With a malt sweetness that typifies the finest Yorkshire ales, this smoothly rounded ESB provides a depth of flavor, an aromatic fruitiness, and a flowery, hoppy elegance in the finish. (ABV 5.4% IBU 45)

Yorkshire Porter: Queen City Brewery’s interpretation of this classic English dark ale is rich, full-bodied, and well-balanced with an understated hop bitterness and a malt profile accentuating the chocolate and coffee-like character.  (ABV 5.0% IBU 36)

Duchess of Antwerp: Queen City’s Duchess is a Belgian-style blond ale with a gentle, biscuit malt note balanced by traditional European noble hops, and a spicy, slightly earthy character produced during fermentation. (ABV 6.0% IBU 35)

Trapp Lager Brewery: Bohemian Pilsner

The Bohemian Pilsner is light straw to golden color in color.  We add a touch of Munich Malt to give it a sweet/carmel finish to the beer. Smooth and crisp with a clean malty palate.  We use Saaz and Perle Hops which are predominant, with a peppery bitterness and spicy floral aroma.  Bitterness is on the high end, but balanced out well.  We lager in cold storage for 3o days to help produce a smooth finish for this complex lager
